This one is KILLER in flavour! This batch has been fermenting for just over a month, which is longer than we usually leave it to ferment. The tangy, pickle-y flavours are off the charts on this one!
Our 'Whole Lotta Heat' Berbere hot sauce will punch you right in the mouth with a fistful of a flavour! Berbere is a spice mix traditionally used in Eritrean & Ethiopian cuisine that has a unique flavour. We ferment the ingredients to our hot sauce then blend & bottle, never filtering or pasteurising anything so we can retain those beneficial probiotics that occur during the fermentation process.
Because our sauce is naturally fermented, it's also naturally preserved! You can keep your bottle out of the fridge, but please place it in the fridge once opened.
