TABLE SAUCE

We wanted to create a simple, no frills, everyday fermented hot sauce. One that focuses on the pure essence of fermented chillies. One that'll compliment your dish, not take it over entirely. For this one, we use nothing but pure 'Fireflame' chillies - no added aromatics! 'Fireflame' chillies are a beautiful variety of mild red chilli which aren't too spicy (but not TOO mild) & have a lovely slight fruity back-tone to them. We hand select the best quality chillies and leave them to ferment for longer than usual to really develop some unique tangy & zesty flavours. Due to the very long fermentation process, the sauce is naturally preserved (and damn delicious)! Make some room, this one is about to take a permanent spot on your table.
